This is within the 'Advance Paypal Settings' section on the Main Setting tab.  This setting should only be changed if there has been changes to paypal.  This is the address that your customers will be directed to if they pay for their purchase using Paypal.  To save the changes click 'Save Main Settings' towards to bottom of that page.  For more information about Paypal click here.
